1. Provider vetting before approval
Every provider submits: commercial registration, professional licenses, insurance, and service samples. Our team reviews personally and only approves whom we trust.
2. Held Payment
When you book, your funds are held by Arab Hunters — not by the provider. The provider receives nothing until you confirm the trip ended as agreed.
3. Structured dispute resolution
If a dispute arises, we step in as a fair mediator. Three stages: direct dialogue, mediation, then management decision. Your funds stay held throughout.
4. Transparent refund policies
Each package shows its policy before booking. Cancellations due to force majeure (weather, medical, provider cancellation) = full refund, always.
5. Transparent reviews — never edited
Every review is tied to an actual booking. We don't allow providers to delete negative reviews, but we let them respond publicly.
