Bookings - The platform connects you with vetted operators and holds your payment in escrow until the trip completes successfully. - The terms of each package (price, dates, cancellation) appear before booking. 4. Allowed conduct Prohibited: fraudulent content, impersonation, harassing operators or other customers, or breaching customs and legal rules in the destination. 5. Liability limits The platform exercises due diligence in vetting operators but does not guarantee the absolute quality of the operator's service.
