Dispute Resolution Mechanism

When a dispute arises, we provide a structured, fair path: Stage 1 — Direct dialogue (48 hours) A thread opens on the platform between customer and operator. They are encouraged to settle by agreement. Stage 2 — Mediation (3–5 days) An Arab Hunters mediator joins, reviews the situation, and tries to land on a resolution agreeable to both. Stage 3 — Admin decision (3 days) If still unresolved, a final decision is issued based on the evidence. Arbitration stage (if required) For rare cases over 5,000 KWD or those with complex legal aspects. Throughout all stages the customer's funds remain held by Arab Hunters and are not transferred to the operator until the dispute is resolved.
