    Currently 20+ countries across our six verticals, with more added regularly. Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Tanzania, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Greece, Italy, Switzerland, Egypt, Morocco, Mongolia, and more.
  • GeneralDoes the platform serve non-Arabic speakers?
    Yes — the platform is available in Arabic and English. Every provider offers services in at least two languages, and our support team is multilingual.
  • GeneralAre there any hidden fees?
    No. All costs are shown clearly before checkout: package price, taxes, and service fee (if any). Nothing is added after payment.
  • GeneralHow can I become a partner?
    If you operate services in hunting, tourism, health, education, or retail, click "Become a Provider" in the menu. Approval takes 2–5 business days.
  • GeneralHow do I contact support?
    Via WhatsApp on the number shown in the site footer, or via the support email. We usually reply within 2 hours during business hours (Sun–Thu, 9 AM – 6 PM Kuwait time).
