  • For operatorsWhat commission does the platform charge?
    It ranges from 10% to 20% depending on vertical and partnership scale. The rate is fixed in the partnership agreement before signing, and never changes without mutual agreement.
  • For operatorsWhen do I receive payment?
    7 days after the customer confirms trip completion. The transfer reaches your bank within an additional 3 business days.
  • For operatorsDo I communicate with the customer directly?
    Yes, through the built-in messaging platform. All conversations are logged to protect both parties but are private between you and the customer.
  • For operatorsHow are providers rated?
    Each customer rates the provider with stars (1–5) and a written review. Reviews can't be deleted, but the provider may publicly reply. An average above 4.5 unlocks premium features.
  • For operatorsHow do I become a partner operator?
    Click "Become a partner" on the homepage. You'll fill an initial application and our team will reach out to complete onboarding (documents, a brief interview, and a framework agreement).
