  • ReviewsWhen can I rate my trip?
    Reviews open 48 hours after trip completion and stay open for 30 days. A reminder is sent after a week if you haven't rated yet.
  • ReviewsCan I edit my review after posting?
    You can edit within 48 hours of posting. After that, the review locks and shows "edited" if changed.
  • ReviewsAre reviews with photos rewarded?
    Yes — text review = 50 points, photo review = 100 points, video review = 200 points.
  • ReviewsWhat if a provider thinks my review is unfair?
    The provider can request a team review, but they cannot delete the review themselves. If it's judged fraudulent, we remove it and warn the author.
  • ReviewsWhen can I write a review?
    Once your trip is complete (booking moves to "completed"), a "Write review" button appears on the booking page. You have 60 days from trip end to write a review.
